If you are looking to experience the true traditional Mallorcan finca life while still enjoying the comfort, this villa gives you the perfect opportunity for your holidays. This villa also some of the most impressive outdoor areas and facilities. Moreover, Mountain Farm is as a winery and they produce their very own ‘Pecat’ wine and also traditional Mallorcan olive oil. Due to this, the villa has a large vineyard to which guests have access, where you can find woodlands of native trees, olive orchards, almond groves, holm oaks that live to over 100 years, and of course grape vines.

The villa has eight bedrooms that accommodate up to 16 guests and all rooms feature large double beds. Luxurious rooms with minimal decor transport you from the farm life and are a joy to sleep in, especially after a long day outdoors. All the rooms are air-conditioned and most have access to the free wifi. The villa is also family-friendly and it is suitable for children of all ages. It doesn’t stop there though because what finca is complete with animals? You can expect to find charming Mallorcan donkeys, cute cats as well as sheep roaming around freely around the farm.

You will find a large swimming pool in the gardenas well, which is surrounded by majestic trees providing natural shade to cool off on hot days. Perhaps the most fascinating thing you’ll find on this farm is the 3000-year-old Talayotic remains which you can find right next to the pool. You also have access to a large fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities you will need to make your stay as smooth and comfortable as possible.

The farm grants the opportunity to host large events such as weddings and it is a perfect place to do so due to its dreamy outdoor areas and garden. It has sufficient space to host events for up to 200 guests. Mountain farm’s interior is modern but simple, offering comfort and cosiness but combining that with tradition and functionality. The living room surrounds a nice fireplace and combined with the comfy sofas, is a place for relaxation and comfort.

STAY + WEDDING (This is the price of the event if you rent the villa from 5 nights. )

• The rental of the villa with 8 double rooms.
• Events are accepted with prior authorization of the owner, always under their conditions and rates.
• The event fee is: 1.950€ + 20€ per guest not accommodated at the villa.
• The duration of the event is until 00h, each additional hour will cost 100€. (Maximum until 04:00h.)
• Outdoor lighting will be used according to the organization of the event and handled by the villa staff.

• The accommodation is only for a maximum of 20 guests.
• Two baby cots may be provided. At the villa are available two extra beds for children with a cost of 50€ per bed/night.
