Richard Branson’s exclusive rental villa in Banyalbufar. Sa Terra Rotja is one of three luxurious holiday villas on a 700-hectare in Son Bunyola, owned by Richard Branson that makes up most of the coastline between Deià and Banyalbufar.
Sa Terra Rotja is a charming, traditional Majorcan stone villa with a tiled roof, painted shutters and views of the Mediterranean Sea from every room. Each of the four bedrooms has a private marble bathroom, and all the amenities expected of a luxury property. The outside care has a large heated pool of 15 meters.
Recently renovated, the classic continental interiors and Branson’s personal art collection of works by local artists give the villa a comfortable, homey feel. The villa’s modern kitchen and common areas, elegant dining room and lounges, were designed with family vacations in mind.
The pool sparkles below the terrace with chaise longues and an outside kitchen. On the property there is a full tennis court and private beach access.
