The property occupies a large plot, guaranteeing 100% privacy. The natural beaches of Es Trenc are just 4 km away. The airport is 40 km away.
Distribution of rooms:
Main house
Entrance hall, guest toilet, lounge area and open-plan kitchen adjacent to the terraces. Main bedroom with bathroom and dressing room, and a second bedroom located next to the kitchen. The third bedroom, with its own terrace is on the first floor, which is accessed by means of a lift.
Next to the main house are two small buildings with separate entrances.
Outside: barbecue, salt-water swimming pool
Extras: the property (including the swimming pool) is accessible to people with disabilities; there is an area (uncovered, but lockable) to leave bicycles, an alarm system, fireplace, underfloor heating and air conditioning.
