Nestled in the heart of peaceful and relaxing South, a stunning and unique place enveloped by nature, Queen Bee offers an idyllic and exclusive hideaway to discover and experience the island’s charms. The villa also offers the opportunity to host and celebrate large events. The outside area is comprised of large gardens that would be more than fitting for any royal palace. These stylish gardens create ample opportunity to celebrate large events like weddings and this villa is more than suitable for hosting events. Celebrate an unforgettable ceremony in the middle of a dream vineyard. You can even land a helicopter there.
The two properties are classic Mallorcan country estates that date back all the way to the 17th century this means that despite being a luxury villa you can still enjoy traces of history all around this villa. The villa also enjoys the luxury of a large private swimming pool which is perfect for cooling off on hot summer days. Continuing the luxurious theme the swimming pool is accompanied by a jacuzzi. In that area we find a long porch with a barbecue. We also find a large space to practice yoga outdoors and a garage for your bycicles.
The inside is a peaceful yet luxurious haven where the Mallorcan influence comes out strongly from the high ceilings to the traditional furnishing and utilization of traditional colours. This can be seen clearly in the large cozy living room on the first floor. The space features an open design with large glass doors providing natural light as well as lovely views. The living room features classic decor and the first thing that stands out is the stunning chandelier. The designer sofas surround a fireplace and television which are both perfect for spending chilly nights enjoying the warmth of the fireplace with good company. Joined to this living room we find an ideal terrace to have breakfast in the mornings while contemplating the surrounding nature.
The two houses have 11 bedrooms between them that can accommodate up to 22 guests making this villa perfect for very large groups. The bedrooms are large and elegant and luxurious, with most of them enjoying balconies or terraces. All of the rooms however, enjoy views of the lovely countryside which makes them a joy to wake up in. There are also 11 bathrooms accompanying the rooms which maximizes your privacy, comfort and luxury throughout your stay. The property also features a well equipped kitchen and various other amenities to make your stay as comfortable and smooth as possible. There are various dining areas around the property from which you can enjoy delicious meals all throughout your stay.

– The planning or program of the event must be informed as soon as possible and at the latest
15 days before the event date
– In order to prepare the parking space, it has to be informed how the guests will arrive and
leave (shuttles, taxis, …) as soon as possible and at the latest 15 days before the event date
– The latest closing time for an event is according the legislation of the Baleared government
– The use of fireworks or any other pyrotechnic action inside and outside the Finca is not
permitted
– Smoke-free area. Smoking is forbidden indoors
– The client is responsible for the use of the swimming pool, which is not supervised
– The client is responsible for any damage or loss caused to the infrastructure of the finca
PAYMENT
– Deposit of 50% of the total amount to confirm the reservation
– 1 month before check-in, payment of the remaining amount (50% of the total)
– Caution of 30% of the total amount, payable 2 weeks before check-in and refundable up to 2
weeks after check-out
