You can reach Palma in 15 minutes by car, and you can walk into Valldemossa via a private dirt road in approximately 25 minutes. This old finca has been well taken care of, preserving centuries of charm, with some modern twists added. The main finca has 7 double bedrooms, all with en-suite, and is fully air-conditioned. The living room is set in a wonderfully lit restored olive press which has a high ceiling and lots of character. All rooms open out towards the patio which gives air, light and cohesion between the different wings of the property. In the outdoors, you will have all you need to enjoy a luxurious get-away. A large round pool, a tennis court, large lawn areas, brilliant for the kids, and not least a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, BBQ and dining area.
The outdoor offers several highlights that underline ultimate luxury. A large, kidney-shaped infinity pool faces the sea and the bay of Palma.
Within the last renovation in 2016, the external area has been completely modernized. A large covered lounge area with comfortable seating corners and high-tech outdoor kitchen await you to enjoy the barbecue or just time together. Behind the house is a private tennis court.
